The role of the Clerk to the Corporation is to advise the Board on:

·         The operation of its powers

·         Procedural matters

·         The conduct of its business

·         Matters of governance practice

The Clerk is appointed by the Board and should be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to raise matters concerning the governance of the college.
