We recently opened our state-of-the-art Heartwood Centre which houses the fine dining Roots Restaurant, preparation and training kitchens, retail outlet, conference facilities and storage warehouse. This allows students to prepare for a career in hospitality and catering in one of the most advanced training facilities in the country.
Some of our hospitality and catering students are also lucky enough to travel abroad to work in different countries while they are training.
