Is designed for individuals who wish to build on their knowledge of this area resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

The qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding in customer service for learners who deal, or intend to deal, with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role. The qualification is applicable to a variety of work environments and covers topics such as delivery of effective customer service and supporting the customer service environment.

This course will provide an understanding of the importance of customer care and incorporates the following:

  • Effective communication
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Promoting your products and services
  • Resolving complaints
  • Team working
