Stephen Towler
Prior to Stephen Towler starting his educational journey at Accrington & Rossendale College, he was working as a labourer on building sites around the North West. He then enrolled on an adult Painting and Decorating course where he showed a great interest and passion for the trade.
After successfully achieving his Open College North west qualification, the staff in the Painting and Decorating department recommended Stephen to become an adult apprentice on the Hyndburn project.
As Stephen blossomed within the trade, he was offered a position by the College with the role of the Painting and Decorating technician. He then worked towards his
