Course Overview
The Auto Electrical Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with an understanding of automotive technology including diagnostic and repair techniques for a range of electrical systems. You will gain knowledge of vehicle electrical systems including auxiliary electrical, engine management systems and chassis systems. This qualification will equip you with the skills to support carrying out automotive fault diagnostics on a range of vehicle systems.
What will I learn?
The nine national outcomes for the employee rights and responsibilities (ERR) will be met and assessed via the FLSP Apprentice Workbook in Accounting.
This framework includes the mapping of Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) which have been mapped to the mandatory units of the knowledge and competence qualification. They are:

You will achieve the following qualifications
- IMI Level 2 Auto Electrical VCQ
- Maths Functional Skills Level 1
- English Functional Skills Level 1
