The Level 1 Award in Health and Safety qualification is designed for a wide range of learners who want to develop their knowledge and understanding of health and safety.

This accredited qualification aims to offer an introduction to the basic principles of health and safety and the importance of health and safety in the workplace including hazards and risks, how health and safety law is enforced, risk assessments and the process for reporting injuries and accidents within the place of work.

  • Be aware of the requirements for health and safety in your place of work or learning

You will be assessed through the completion of a workbook.
