Course is designed as an introduction and mandatory supplement to the First Aid courses. Qualification covers knowledge such as factors and benefits to a healthy lifestyle, identifying activities and organisations in the local area that would support a healthy lifestyle, identify life choices that would hinder and promote a healthier way of living and promote the individuals to be able to analyse their own lifestyle and identify changes to promote healthier living.

This qualification is assessed by completion of written workbook during the course.
