This course is designed to enhance learners’ life and work skills in a range of different contexts. It will allow learners to develop self-awareness and confidence, whilst building interpersonal and communication skills through a range of activities.

Learners will be given the chance to consider life and career options available to them, and how to approach these options in a constructive way. This qualification can be tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of people.

Level 1 Award in Personal and Social Development (QCF)

Progression and employment

Level 2 Mentoring or Level 2 Team Leading.
