Course Overview
Individuals looking to develop their Accountancy qualifications to work in the finance sector. The aim of this level of the AAT is to introduce learners to basic accounting and finance skills.
What will I learn?
You’ll develop your skills in finance administration, double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles and purchase, sales and general ledgers.
It will provide the grounding for the higher levels of the AAT and supports you with your first steps in your finance career.
The qualification will cover:
• Basic costing
• Computerised accounting
• Working effectively in accounting and finance
• Processing bookkeeping transactions
