Course Overview
This course will help you further develop your decorating skills as well as give you an overview of the construction industry and employment opportunities within it. The vast majority of the programme will be aimed at developing your practical skills and technical knowledge.
What will I learn?
You will study a range of units aimed at developing your understanding of construction work and a range of painting and decorating skills to support your own projects.
How will the course be assessed?
Most of the learning will take place in the practical workshop environment developing your practical skills. You will produce a short portfolio of work in order to achieve your qualification.
Materials and other information
You will require safety boots that can be purchased from the college.
