Accrington and Rossendale College (ARC) has announced a new partnership with Nouveau HD Beauty Group, bringing professional-grade products from HD Brows and Nouveau Lashes into its Distinction Hair and Beauty Salon.
The collaboration means Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty students will now train using the same tools and products trusted by industry professionals, helping them build real-world experience and confidence from day one.
