Course Overview
This programme is aimed at those interested in Beauty Therapy and looking to work within the make-up industry.
What will I learn?
On this course you will learn how to perform a variety of services including make-up and lash/brow treatments. You will also learn to develop your communication and customer service skills when working with clients in the salon, while developing skills in retailing.
How will the course be assessed?
You will be assessed through a variety of methods including on-line testing, assignments and practical assessments in a real working environment.
Materials and other information
You will need a uniform and a salon kit. Details to be confirmed at enrolment.
Progression
Upon completion of this qualification learners are able to progress onto Level 2 qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Level 3 Nail Therapy, Level 3 Media Make-up, an Apprenticeship or employment.
