Pauline’s extensive experience in education and skills led to her being awarded an OBE for services to education in 2016. During her time as Principal of New College Pontefract, the College improved to become the best sixth form College in the north of England, and the third best in the whole country.
Currently an Ofsted Inspector, Pauline brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge gained through roles and insight gained as a National Leader of Education, as part of a DfE Fellowship Commission and also overseeing the establishment of a new teaching school, the New Collaborative Teaching School Alliance as well as two 16-19 academies in Bradford and Doncaster to provide high quality education in areas of need.
