Course Overview
Looking to improve your ICT, Maths or English Skills? From Entry Level Functional Skills Courses to Level Two ICT, Maths and English, we can help you improve your skills and develop your opportunities. Maybe you want to improve your chances of gaining employment or simply want to be able to help the children with their homework. With courses available at a venue local to you, you’ll soon be on your way.
Our courses are delivered by Lancashire Adult learning and we have a range of evening and daytime classes at times to suit you, at various venues across the region.
Our functional ICT, English and Maths courses are FREE, and will give you all the skills you need for work and everyday life.
What will I learn?
Our Functional Skills courses will help you to gain a nationally recognised qualification, improve your job prospects and help boost your confidence too.
How will the course be assessed?
External exams at the end of the course.
Progression
Learners will be able to progress to the next level of Functional Skills, or once complete they can consider progressing on to further studies including Higher Education.
