|Business and Professional Administration|
This Apprenticeship framework is aimed at individuals working in business and administration, in a management and/or supervisory role, and aims to provide a workforce with the skills, knowledge and competencies to support business systems, processes and services and who can contribute to making businesses more efficient and productive.
This framework is suitable for those responsible for tasks including overseeing operational activities, implementing change within organisations, managing teams, monitoring risk and agreeing budgets.
Level 4 and 5 is equivalent to a Higher National Certificate, Higher National Diploma or a Foundation Degree
Level 4 is suitable for those working in a management position, for example those in roles such as: Senior Chef, School Business Manager or a departmental manager
Higher Apprenticeships offer a new work-based route into professions which have traditionally been reserved for graduates

Assessment is through practical observation and theoretical tests.
